No. You’re free to go at any time but in some cases, you may need a replacement adviser if it’s a complex product.
Generally speaking for newer products, that’s usually a ‘Yes’. We’ll need to check with your existing provider, subject to completing a letter of authority
We’re suitable for people who are comfortable logging in to meet online, although we’ll try to meet in person during one of our regular England and Wales tours. You won’t need an IT degree, but use of Zoom or TEAMS is required. Don’t stress if you’re not familiar with these terms, we can get most people going with even a phone camera.
